002 - Winter Chowder

Autumn warmer corn chowder - Sweetcorn and autumn vegetable soup Ingredients 1 medium onion - finely diced 2 carrots - peeled and finely diced 1 medium potato - peeled and finely diced 2 sticks of celery - finely sliced 1 small leek - remove outer layer, sliced lengthways and wash to get any dirt off 1 corn on the cob / or one small tinned of sweetcorn 1 small sprig thyme - leaves stripped from stem 1 tsp smoked paprika & ½ tsp ground black pepper 1 carton Oatly cream 1 veg stock cube 150ml water - use the empty Oatly carton as your measure guide.
